HERS TO DISPLAY, MINE TO WEAR
I received an amazing gift. An altered shoe like none other from sweet Jackie.
It was accompanied by a very clever cello card of all things ...
With sentiments so kind and details so sincere ...
A shoe that was first spray painted with Robin's Egg blue, then decoupaged with sheet music circles and doodles and text added with a fine-point pen.
With red paint hand applied at the bottom, with more special messages that I will cherish. Blessed am I.
Little does Jackie know that her shoe has inspired me to make a pair of my own ... hers to display, mine to actually wear. Stay tuned. :)
