IMMENSITY OF THE SEA
"If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people together to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea."
— Antoine de Saint-Exupery
Because what I've learned in life is that once the team learns to long for the sea, the ship will be built. And it will be built to survive even the stormiest of days.
Conversely, if the team never learns to long for the sea, the ship may eventually get built ... but it will not fare well.

Wow! Thanks. That was awesome. Needed that.

To persuade and teach others to long after and pursue the sea, means the teacher must have vision of it, a passion for it and knowledge of it. I'm definitely loving it!

The Commander of the ship must be in tune with the crew!
All hands on deck, know you can steer the course. You guide by the stars.
Great leaders must have great character, integrity, and courage, to steer such a large ship~
