Move. That. Mountain.

In other words ... do it anyway. Create your art. Open that business. Take that class. Knit that scarf. Take those lessons. Throw the party. Write that book. Run that mile. Pitch the idea. Profess your love.

Move. That. Mountain.

Many thanks to my buddy Melody Ross for being a brave and constant source and role model of this truth.

Jenny - You're such an inspiration!

so true.....thanks for starting my day off right:)

Hi Jenny,

This post is so RIGHT ON! You never know what can happen if you just ask/do/try/leap. I'm proof - was very pleased with the bounty that resulted from our meet up earlier this month!

Coincidentally, my blog post (today) talks about doing and trying - despite the risks. I'd rather risk taking on too much and risk goofing things up than play it safe and live with the regret of missed opportunities.

Thanks. I. needed. that.

P.S. You have the cutest dimples ever ;)

Very true!

As usual, your posts are right on the money! I have a stamp with this saying,"it's not who you are that hold you back, it's who you think you are not". I should make a hanging with it so I can see it every day. It may help to quiet that little voice in my head that says, "well, yes, they can do it because of XYZ, but you, not so much"!

Wow, I'm inspired! I don't know exactly what I'm going to make this weekend, but I'm going to make SOMETHING!!!
Thanks :)

I love this; I think I will make a mountain collage for my fridge, with these words on it~
Thank you for the reminder!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this post!

Take care, Sue

So inspiring. Love this!!!

Great reminder - "she kept knitting anyway" sounds just like my mother! I have been practicing but I think papercrafts will always be my first love.
