The Art of Dino Perez

On the first Saturday of every month, the downtown Artists Village in The City of Santa Ana has its art walk. It's a time to visit art galleries to discover new art and artists. Earlier this month during the art walk, after enjoying a great meal at Chapter One, I discovered Dino Perez. Really great work.

Dino Perez
This piece that I ended up getting is one where he has taken one of his original drawings and etched it onto a found wooden box, and then painted it. Isn't it great?

IMG_7013Hope you'll check out Dino ... and hope you'll come out and play on the first Saturday of every month to support artist like Dino who are working hard and putting their creativity out into the universe.

Dino Perez If you do happen to make it out to Santa Ana's art walk, be sure to also check out The Copper Door ... a brand new bar like none other. A breathtaking venue like you've never seen before.

That's a great piece of artwork. I love the leaf replacing the eye of one of the birds.
