I'm just now getting caught up to tell you about the incredible time we had in Quinn McDonald's One-Sentence Journaling workshop last week.
We started by learning to make the coolest paper boxes ... a toolbox, really, to hold our favorite words to aid us in our future journal writing ...
We used our words with thought-provoking prompts and exercises that got us to write like we never have written before. Here's sweet Janette, sharing one of her passages with the rest of the class.
We also used Quinn's unique methods to create journal pages with grids and lots of color.
We also developed new names for our alter-egos. My name was Magic Toss. It was so interesting to hear the stories that we came up with for our alter-egos.
Many thanks to Quinn and all of the artists who participated. I will be working with Quinn to welcome her back to the Studio CRESCENDOh in 2013 to lead another stimulating, special class. Stay tuned to our calendar of events here. :)

I love Quinn's classes! More fun than anyone can imagine and so many interesting surprises come up with the journal prompts and words. Wish I could have joined in the fun.
