DIY Embellished Moleskine Journal Tutorial
Don't you love Moleskines? I do. It's my everyday go-to when it comes to taking notes, making doodles, and keeping myself creatively organized. And I love it when it's time for a new one because that means I get to decorate a new cover. So fun. Here's how I did this one.
I painted the cover with a light blue acrylic paint and let it dry. Then I stamped circles with a cream acrylic paint using an empty toilet paper roll.
I added darker blue acrylic paint at certain intersections of the stamped circles.
Then I added green acrylic paint.
Then I added coral acrylic paint. (BTW, coral is SO the color right now, right?)
And finally, I typed one of my favorite quotes by Leo Tolstoy on a piece of paper, cut it out, and glued it to the cover.
Happy creating. :)

hello,
your cover turned out wonderful and it was great fun to see how you made it.
i do love moleskines, but i loved them more before Italy sold the company to China and then China changed the paper in the drawing sketchbooks and the quality is not acceptable anymore. I am still loving mine though.
