Paper Flower Bouquet Tutorial with Mini Cupcake Liners

Pretty paper flowers ...

IMG_2292

Poke a hole through the middle of a mini cupcake liner with a thin piece of craft wire. (I used a 28-gauge wire.) Twist the end.

Scrunch the liner and wrap the wire from the opposite end to the bottom scrunched tip of the liner a few times.

Make several, tie them with a ribbon and place them in a small glass jar.

Or place them onto kraft paper and hand letter a message.
