I See Boat People

Thought I'd share with you some altered art that I've made with pages from Anthropologie catalogs. With every page, I see boat people.

Jeni, Love this series!

No, I don't see boat people. You definitely have me thinking about them though, perhaps even wanting to explore them. This my response to something that moves me.

It is the bit of mystery that I feel when looking at other people's art that I will never be able to experience when looking at my own art.

Thank you for the inspiration!
Kim

Gorgeous work, Jenny. Love your boat people.

I have a catalog that is half-prepped already... I am going to try this! Thanks for the inspiration.

Love them! I used their catalog a few years ago in a set of small collages because the images just seemed to help me step into a totally different plane. Your boat people do that, opens a door to a whole new world of magical, moody beings.
