Thinking Positively :: by Seema Saraf

Seema SarafI came to the United States from India 4 years ago and things were not going the way I had thought. I was not able to get the job even though I had the qualifications. I went into depression mode and didn't know what to do until I started my art work again. Sewing, quilting, paper crafting, cooking and cake-decorating are few of the things I am good at and that really helped me to start thinking positively.

Today I feel happy when I teach others who cannot afford this art. Art really works as a therapy and I recommend everyone should involve themselves into some sort of art ... I still learn from others as there is always something new.
