PRODUCT :: Elmer's Scrapbooking Adhesive Dot Stamper

Elmer's Scrapbooking Adhesive Dot Stamper

Review by Jenny Doh

Elmer's Scrapbooking Adhesive Dot Stamper

I'm always looking for a good adhesive. But when an adhesive can serve double duty to help execute a novel technique, it's extra special. This adhesive by Elmer's is basically a unit that produces thin adhesive dots onto the substrate that you are working on.

Elmer's Scrapbooking Adhesive Dot Stamper

The dot is acid-free and photo safe for you to safely adhere photos or other small collage elements to your substrate. But check this out ... once you dispense a dot, you can rub craft foil onto it like this ...

To create the perfect shiny polka dot. How flippin' cute is that?

And you know how I feel about dots and circles. I love them.

Here's the bottom line: Use Elmer's Scrapbooking Adhesive Dot Stamper as a standard go-to adhesive for your projects. But also use it as a way-cool device to combine with craft foil to add dots of shimmer into your projects.

Comments

I love this. I have a drawer full of foil that I haven't used in ages. I'm over the "squiggly lines" of foil, but the dots? Cool.

I usually resist 'fancy' glues or tapes (I rely on the old favourites)...but I love dots.

I don't use nearly enough of them though.
